Episode 24 - Eloise Asylum

In 1832, the city of Detroit created the Wayne County Poorhouse. When the population began to outgrow the building, a second location would be created, which would eventually become what is known as Eloise. There were many changes and many names it went by for the 150 years it was in operation, but the history and hauntings are undeniably creepy. What remains of this once sprawling campus that was known as its own city at one point, is very sparse. However, even with most of the buildings removed, the hauntings still remain.
